News for Gujarat High Court Judgment (Decision) for TET Exam

Gujarat Education Board had conducted TET examination for recruitment of total 8000 Vidhyasahayak vacancies for Science, Language and Maths. The examination was held on 28/08/2011. Total 40, 000 candidates have given exam but only 2500 candidates had received favorable result (PASS).

Pass candidates wished to select as a teacher in Gujarat Education Board. But unfortunately, the board has conducted TET exam further. The candidates, who have passed first time got confusion weather they would got the recruitment or have to give examination further.

They asked at Gandhinagar and answered that the candidates, who have cleared TET examination for first time will eligible to recruit for Vidhyasahayak.

The government has taken decision to final the first result. In spite of that decision, so many students were dishonored. Some students have entered petition in the high court. High court gave decision in favor of candidates and they will recruit as vidhyasahayak in Gujarat Education Board.

About CCC/ CCC+ Examination for Government Employees

CCC for Government Employees

Gujarat Council of Vocational Training has declared that all government employees/ officers must have passed computer examination "CCC/ CCC+" to get the promotion. This rule was fall under Computer Vocational Training and Examination rules-2006. To pass such examination successfully is compulsory for such employees for promotion or higher pay band process.

The board had declared that every candidate has to pass this examination before 31/03/2007 which was extending often. Now government has taken decision to extend the last examination up to 31/03/2013 last time.

Candidates, who got promotion but still not pass CCC/CCC+ exam, are informed to pass as soon as possible before 31/03/2013. Department in-charge has to prepare the list of such employees and send them for examination.

Examination/ Question Paper Format: 

The question paper is divided in three different section say section-I, section-II & section-III. Details are given below:

1) Section-I: - CCC/CCC+ test will be taken in three different sections. The very first section-I contains objective type questions. Candidates will be provided 50 (Fifty) questions along with multiples. Candidates have to choose correct answer and submit online by clicking on it. 1 hour will provided for completion of 1st section. After completion of 1 hour (60 minutes), section-II will automatically start.

2) Section-II: - Section-II consist Guajarati typing. Candidate should have type paragraph in Gujarati language. Candidates will be provided 45 minutes to complete the paragraph. Section-II has 20 marks weightage.

3) Section-III: - Section-III is a simulation type test. Candidates should have to prepare the answer as per direction given in question paper. Candidates will be provided 45 minutes to complete the task. Section-II has 30 marks weightage. Candidates will ask to complete the functional task on computer. They have to do changes in paragraph/ article as per direction.

Announcement of National Overseas Scholarships for Scheduled Tribe Students

Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of Gujarat has issued notification for National Overseas Scholarships/ Passage grant for scheduled tribes and primitive tribal groups.

National Overseas Scholarship is awarded for higher studies abroad in specified field of Engineering, Technology and Science. The scholarship includes tuition fees, maintenance, other grants and travel expenses at various courses.

Passage Grant is awarded to only ST candidates who are in receipt of merit scholarship for Post Graduate Studies, Research or Training abroad from a foreign government/organization.

Educational Qualification: Qualifications are given below as per the courses.

(1) For Post Doctoral Research: Candidate should have completed Master’s Degree and Ph. D. with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.

(2) For Ph.D.: Candidate should have completed Master’s Degree with at least 60% marks.
