RBI Recruitment of Legal Officer in Grade ‘B’- Written Examination on April 07, 2013 - List of Admitted Candidates

The Reserve Bank of India Services Board has issued notice for Admission Letters (AL) for the captioned examination. The list of Admitted Candidates is given on below link. UPSC Corrigendum - Rules for Civil Services Examination 2013 and Press Note

Union Public Service Commission has issued notification for the Corrigendum of Civil Services Main Examination, 2013 under the EXAMINATION NOTICENO. 04/2013‐CSP. Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination will be conducted on 26th May, 2013 as per earlier schedule. No changes are made in it.

The commission has made some changes in the scheme of Main Examination for which, the Commission’s notice dated 05/03/2013 was published on the website and in the Employment News/Rozgar Samachar on 16/03/2013.  The corrigendum was published in the Gazette of India (Extra‐ordinary) on the date 25/03/2013.

The changes are made in Appendix–I, Section–I under Plan of Examination and Section‐II [B. Main Examination]. The major change was made that language paper and English paper will be continue in main exam but the marks will not be considered for preparing merit list.

Another change was that candidates can give exam in any language listed in schedule -VIII (eight) to the constitution of India or in English. However, Paper-A and Paper-B must be given in qualifying language and the question paper will be provided in Hindi and English language only.

Instructions to be followed by Employees:

1) Assistant:
Educational Qualification: Candidate should have obtained Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline along with sports qualifications from the recognized university within the Recruitment Zone. Recruitment zones are given in original notification (given below).

2) Office Attendant:
Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed 10th standard along with sports qualifications from recognized Board within the Recruitment Zone. Recruitment zones are given in original notification (given below).

Age Limit: Age of the candidate should be above 18 years and below 26 years as on 01/03/0213. It means that candidate should be born between 02/03/1987 and 01/03/1995.

Age Relaxation: Age relaxation can be enjoyed by the candidates of reserved category as per the prevailing rules of government.
Dates to Remember: Duly filled applications should be reached on or before 15th April, 2013.

Application Fees: Candidates have to furnish an Account Payee Demand Draft of Rs.100/- as an application fee. DD should be drawn in favor of “Reserve Bank of India” payable at specified centre where applicants submit their filled applications. SC/ST candidate are exempted from application fee.

Selection Process: Selection for the post will be made on the basis of sports qualification, selection trials and interview.

Civil Services Old Examination Format Remains Unchanged – UPSC Format News

The government has taken decision just before ten (10) days ago to change the UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) examination format totally into English and Hindi languages. But after opposition of Lok Sabha members and other political parties such as  Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP),Communist Party of India (CPI), Janata Dal-United (JD(U)), Biju Janata Dal (BJD), Akali Dal, Trinamool Congress, the government came on conclusion to take examination of IAS and IPS in regional language continue.

The controversial notification of change the format of UPSC by discrimination of regional language was not supported by parliament as well as Indian public. In this change, the government has decided to convert examination format in English and Hindi language by decreasing importance of other regional languages.

But the fact is that most of the Indian people are comfortable with their regional language though Hindi is our national and English is international language. IPS and IAS officers have to work with local people as they must have enough knowledge of language of particular state. If they have not such knowledge, they cannot serve local populace.

Regarding this point, government has now pass the circulation and decided not to convert in a new format. So, candidates can give UPSC examination in comfort language (Regional languages).

Agriculture Universities of Gujarat state has issued notification for entrance test to get admission at Agriculture Universities for year 2013-2014. Such universities run programmes for various field such as Horticulture, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Forestry, Nutrition and Dietics, Food Quality Assurance, Fisheries Science, Bio-Technology, Bio-Chemistry and Microbiology.

To take admission in to above courses, it is compulsory for science students to appear in the GUJCET examination. Students of standard 12th science, who are interested in admission at such universities, have to appear in current year GUJCET -2013 entrance examination.

GUJCET – 2013 is compulsory for both group PCB (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) & PCMB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Maths) students. Result of last year GUJCET will not be considered for admission in 2013-14. Moreover, JEE (Main)/ JEE (Advanced)-2013 is compulsory for PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) group candidates.

Union Public Service Commission has conducted Combined Defense Services Examination (I) ‐2012 for two various courses named 97th Short Service Commission Course (for Men); and 11th Short Service Commission Women (Non‐Technical) Course. The result for 97th Short Service Commission Course (for Men) is declared including CDS examination and Indian Military Academy, Dehradun; Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala and Air Force Academy, Hyderabad (Pre‐Flying) Training Course.

There are total 339 candidates qualified in the examination out of which 273 candidates for men and 66 for non technical women course. Vacancies are declared 175 and 30 respectively by the Government. AHQ will verify all certificates such as date of birth and educational qualification. CMAT 2013-14 (Additional Test) Online Registration Form and Procedure

All India Council for Technical Education is a statutory body of the Government of India. AICTE conducts CMAT (Common Management Admission Test examination) twice September-October & February in a year. On special request of few state governments, is has decided to conduct additional online exam for the year 2013-2014. CMAT Online Registration Form and Procedure given here.

Candidates can appear in the examination up to two attempts. Only those candidates are allowed to appear in additional CMAT who could not avail two opportunities during the year 2013-2014.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR CMAT:

Educational Qualification: Any graduate candidate or appearing in final year of graduate course can apply for CMAT online examination. For more details, read original notification (given below).

Important Dates to Remember:
  • Last date for online registration is 10/04/2013.
  • CMAT Hall ticket can be downloaded from 03/05/2013.
  • Date for CMAT Computer test is 19/05/2013 to 22/05/2013 in two sessions, 9.30 AM to 12.30 PM and 2.30 PM to 5.30 PM.
  • CMAT Result 2013 will be declared on 1st June.

2nd step: Now pay requisite application fee online or offline (by bank).

3rd step: System will ask you to fill remaining details after payment. You can also modify/ edit by clicking on VIEW/ MODIFY button and then submit it.
