Gujarat Infrastructure
Development Board invites application for the various posts for the Office of Town Planning Officer of Dholera Special Investment Regional Development Authority. These posts are purely based on contractual basis for a fixed period. Remuneration for the post is based on candidate’s qualification and experience. Job Description:
1) Job Title: Town Planning Officer (TPO)
Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess the Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or in Civil Engineering and should have Master Degree in planning recognized by ITPI or other equivalent qualification of any recognized university.
Age Limit: not more than 45 years
Experience: at least 7 years of post qualification
2) Job Title: Junior Town Planner (JTP)
Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess the Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or in Civil Engineering and should have Master Degree in planning recognized by ITPI or other equivalent qualification of any recognized university.
Age Limit: not more than 35 years
Experience: at least 2 years of post qualification
3) Job Title: Planning Assistant
Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess the Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or in Civil Engineering and should have Master Degree in planning recognized by ITPI or other equivalent qualification of any recognized university.
Age Limit: not more than 30 years
Experience: at least 2 years of post qualification
4) Job Title: Head Clerk
Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess the Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university.
Age Limit: not more than 35 years
Experience: at least 3 years of post qualification
5) Job Title: Town Planning Draftsman
Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess the Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture from any government recognized university.
Age Limit: not more than 28 years
Experience: at least 2 years of post qualification
6) Job Title: Clerk Cum Typist
Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess the Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university.
Age Limit: not more than 30 years
Experience: at least 2 years of post qualification
7) Job Title: Tracer
Educational Qualification: Candidate possesses Secondary Certificate Examination and Certificate course in draftsman (Civil) awarded by National Council for vocational Trade or Certificate course in Auto-Cad.
Age Limit: not more than 28 years
Experience: at least 2 years of post qualification
8) Job Title: Auto Cad Operator
Educational Qualification: Candidate possesses Secondary Certificate Examination and Certificate course in draftsman (Civil) awarded by National Council for vocational Trade or Certificate course in Auto-Cad.
Age Limit: not more than 28 years
Experience: at least 2 years of post qualification
9) Job Title: Head Surveyor
Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess the Diploma in Civil Engineering from an institution recognized by government OR have passed 24 months Surveyors course from the Industrial Training Institute recognized by the Government or other equivalent qualification of any recognized university.
Age Limit: not more than 28 years
10) Job Title: Cadastral Surveyor
Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess the Diploma in Civil Engineering from an institution recognized by government OR have passed 24 months Surveyors course from the Industrial Training Institute recognized by the Government or other equivalent qualification of any recognized university.
Age Limit: not more than 28 years
