Job Description:
1) Business Head: 2 posts
Educational Qualification: Candidate should have completed MBA (Marketing/ Sales) with B.E or B. Tech (IT) from reputed university/institution.
Experience: Applicant should have minimum 15 years experience of BD, pre-sales in IT solutions and projects.
2) General Manager/DGM - HR and Administration: 1 post
Educational Qualification: Candidate should have completed MBA in HR.
Experience: Applicant should have minimum 15 to 20 years experience in HR and Admin functions with Computers proficiency.
3) General Manager/Dy. General Manager –Commercial & Purchases: 1 post
Educational Qualification: Candidate should have completed MBA (preferably in Material management).
Experience: Applicant should have minimum 15 to 20 years working experience in SAP/ ERP.
4) HR Professional: 2 posts
Educational Qualification: Candidate should have completed MBA/PGDM in HR from recognized institute.
Experience: Applicant should have minimum 3 to 5 years in Corporate HR functions.
5) IT Projects -Dy. Managers
Experience: Applicant should have more than 5 years experience in IT projects with ability to manage all existing clients post order, Client query handling, Team management, documentation and Written & Oral Communication Skills.
6) IT Projects -Engineers
Experience: Applicant should have more than 5 years experience in implementing and execution of IT projects. Moreover, he should develop technical contents with abilities to analyze Project and Technical specifications.
7) IT Projects-Project Manager
Experience: Applicant should have more than 8 years experience in managing IT projects.
8) Quality Management/Audit Dy. Managers/Executives: 3 posts
Educational Qualification: Candidate should have completed CISA/CISSP/CISM/ITIL with 4 to 6 years experience in IT Security projects.
9) Software Project Leaders: 4 posts
Educational Qualification: Candidate should have knowledge of SQL Server, LINQ , AJAX, WCF, WPF & SDLC models with minimum 4 years experience.
10) Software Solution Architect: 2 posts
Educational Qualification: Candidate should have completed B.E / B. Tech / MCA/ M.Sc. Computer Science/Engineering from a reputed institute.
Experience: Applicant should have 6 to 9 years experience in relevant field.
