Download Sub Registrar Grade-II (Calass-III) Call Letter for Exam (OMR) Date 09/06/2013

Mahesul Vibhag Recruitment Samiti, Gandhinagar had invited applications to fill vacancies of Sub- Registrar Class-III. Candidates have applied online for such post on the official website. It was notified that the selection will be done after various selection stages.

Regarding this, the board is going to conduct OMR examination on 09/06/2013. Without Call Letter, Admit Card and Important Instructions, Candidates will not be allowed to sit in the exam so they are requested to download all necessary documents from 25/05/2013 to 09/06/2013. Important dates, downloading process and other details are given below:

Important dates to remember:
  • Candidates may print their Call Letter, Admit Card and Important Instructions from 25/05/2013 at 12.00 PM to 09/06/2013 up to 10.00 AM.
  • OMR examination will be taken on 09/06/2013 between 12.00 PM to 01.30 PM.

Downloading process:
The steps to take Printouts are given below.
  1. Go to the website http://ojas.guj.nic.in or http://ojas1.guj.nic.in
  2. You have to download Call Letter. For this, click on “Print Call Letter”.
  3. After that, select relevant Advertisement Number from “Select Job” option.
  4. Then enter Confirmation Number and Birth Date, click on “OK” and get print out of Call Letter, Admit Card and Important Instructions.
  5. Print out must be on Legal size paper which should be bring at the time of examination.

    GOOD MORNING SIR,

    મેં સબ રજીસ્ટ્રાર ગ્રેડ ૨ (વર્ગ ૩) નું ફોર્મ ભરેલું છે અને કોન્ફોર્મેશન નંબર પણ છે. મેં કોલ લેટર માટે નંબર નાખ્યો પરંતુ તેમાં એવો મેસેજ આવે છે કે તમે પોસ્ટ ઓફીસ માં ફી ભરેલ નથી તો તમારો કોલ લેટર નહિ આવે. તો સર હવે ફી ભરવી હોય તો ભરી સકાય. અને કોલ લેટર મળી શકે.

    Sir i want to ask something. I hope u will give me proper answer. Sir today there is sub-register exam. But how can 5 student can't reach on time before 12:00 because they are from another city or place.and we haven't seen the place. so we are late for 5 or 10 minutes. so they didn't allow us to enter. We have paid the fees and it is our right to give the exam is it not so? sir i know rule is there but still we are human beings.....sir is it that in all exam all the students who are late are not allowed to sit in the class?

    EVERY FRIENDS KEEP IN MIND THERE IS NO CHANCE FOR WHOM GET LESS THAN 80 MARKS.
    MY MARKS IS 87 AND MY FRIEND ASSUME 92 MARKS AS PER ANSWER KEY.
