Indian Post has issued a fresh notification under No.R&E/1-1/SPORTS/2010-2012 for the recruitment of Sports Persons in department of Indian Post. It should be also noted here that the advertisement published in newspaper on 12/05/2011 for the same vacancies has been cancelled and fresh notice is published inviting eligible and enthusiastic candidates for the post of Postal/ Sorting Assistant, Postal Assistant in SBCO, Postman & Multi Tasking Staff cadres in Gujarat Postal Circle in various sports.
Candidates, who have applied under old advertisement, also apply afresh. The details such as educational qualification, experience and other eligibility criteria are given below.
Job Description:
Number of vacancies in each cadre is described as follow:
1) Postal/ Sorting Assistant & Postal Assistant in SBCO: 17 Posts
2) Postman: 12 Posts
3) Multi Tasking Staff: 13 Posts
