ReplyYour strong approach shows the attitude of new generation to decide in immediate. Myself at the age after retirement have observed the society. There are three four candidate who are in my knowledge. They are very genuine and so kind. They have not spent their life because of non-acceptance. But they have spent their life with a full responsibilities. They had so many opportunities but they have left them because they were aware with their requirement for their family. Myself personally observed that the private institute people who are just professional are aware with their need but had never served them any preference. They have started and upraised their banner due to the dedicated hard work of these good persons. They have used their talent but not paid proper reward and in one or two cases as they grew up they have kicked out such good persons by hook or crook, on the base one or other artificial reasons. Such candidates were accepted somewhere else with some artificial sympathy but not with good reward. Some of these persons were not got acceptance anywhere else because they have not hide the truth that oneself was kicked out. The society looks to such person as a non-responsible. Suppose the prior employers where accepted them back that too will be with conditions to compromise in salary and to serve continues dedicated result making hard work. Means they have just utilized to earn bread for their home. Myself sympathy is toward them. Because they are not wrong. They honors their job. They gives full dedication but never gets upraised due is their genuinity.
Such the people are not talking a single word. Why? Due to the people having nature like you who becomes excite to insult a person without observing their situations and matter. And in the world those people becomes winner who shouts loudly to prove someone wrong. The genuine people never raise their sound because they are genuine. They have never accepted any free helps but they always remains ready to help the people without any expectations.
Our Indian culture and the constitutional law itself says that even after numbers of wrong people not getting any punishment, let it go but one genuine person must not be punished. Possibly you cannot understand such things. Sorry!! If myself made any heart to you. And yes there were not any fight again reserved categories but your statement shows that you too are agree with my sympathy and have a fear that you people may loss the provision to get upraised even after less qualification and less knowledge. It shows lack of understanding due to poor culture. God bless you.
