University Grants Commission (UGC) invites applications for National Eligibility Test (NET) for June, 2013. Qualified candidates may apply online after regarding following details of eligibility, age limit, subjects and others.
Educational Qualification: Candidate should have obtained Master’s Degree OR equivalent with minimum 55% marks (50% marks for SC/ST/PWD candidates) from universities/institutions recognized by UGC in relevant subjects. More details are given in original notification (given below).
Age Limit: Age of the candidate should not more than 28 years as on 01/06/2013 for Junior Research Fellowship. There is no upper limit for Lectureship candidates.
Age Relaxation: A relaxation can be entertained as per the rules of government.
Dates to Remember:
Application Fees: Applicants have to pay fees in the form of Bank Challan as per given in the notification (given below). Application fee without bank charges should be payable as follow:
Copies of Bank Challan, Application form and other required documents must be sealed in envelop super scribing with “UGC NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY TEST FOR JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOWSHIP AND ELIGIBILITY FOR LECTURESHIP, JUNE, 2013” and sent to the Registrar/Principal of the Coordinating University/College on or before 13/05/2013.
