Why?
non creamylayer is on Financial year basis and TAT exam was in Dec 2011 and recruitment adv. Comes in April 2013 (gap is 2 financial year). So eligibility may change. For SEBC it should have provision to change category.
For some cases it may happen that in Dec 2011 any Sebc candidate was comes under non creamylayer and gave Tat exam under cat. SEBC in financial yr 2011-12 and now in current financial yr if same candidate is not eligible or able to produce non creamylayer certificate. Then he or she has no option to change category during apply and finally his or her candidature will be cancel.

(૨) બી.એડ માં "ICT in education" વિષય A Grade સાથે પાસ કરેલ છે. તો કોમ્પુટર જ્ઞાન માટે માન્ય ગણાય ? એ સિવાય મારી પાસે ITI ના BCC અંગેના ૨ certificates છે, તેમજ DOEACC માન્ય CCC કોર્સ હજી ચાલુ છે અને certificate આવતા વાર લાગશે. આપનું માર્ગદર્શન જરૂરી છે.

I would like to ask about Merit system in TAT.
I have gained 174 Marks in TAT. Hence, as per 70% counting, I have gained 121.80 in TAT.
Accordingly, I have gained 54.28% in B.A. Hence, i have gained 5.42 in B.A.
I have gained 55.00% in M.A. So, I have gained 5.50 in M.A.
I have gained 69.50% in B.Ed. So, I have gained 3.475 in B.Ed.
I have gained 51.40% in M.Phil So, I have gained 2.57 in M.Phil
The total is 121.80 + 5.42 + 5.5 + 3.47 + 2.57 = 138.77
but as per today's merit list of English Subect merit list, the 1st candidate has got marit 73.16 and my name is not in the merit list of 45 candidates.
Hence, I am confused how can this happen.

i have read that the recruitment of hsc teachers has been canceled due to some irregularities found during the varification of the testimonials.is it so?it is really embarrassing that some enthusiastic would be teachers are playing with many candidates' lives.we should not indulge in such unprofessional game and must provide our original required details.

i passed TAT in general category and i want to apply in sebc category in recent advertisement. but i went to bank for filling of chalan for reserve category but bank software is not accept the chalan for sebc category so i have to fill general category chalan and if i fill general category chalan than can i apply in reserve category or not ? plz reply me.
