Your certificate is equivalent with 12th but its necessary that you have at least one subject from Chemistry/ Biology/ computer science/Maths/Physics, then you eligible.
Go to Post office and get Rs. 10 stamp or sum of 10.
diploma is considered now with 12 science.....plase remove my query...
