If you have first class civil/ structural eng. Diploma certificate and require computer knowledge certificate then you are eligible for Junior Engineer Civil / Supervisor Civil.
OR you have Ele. Eng. Diploma certificate and P.W.D. first class supervisor license and require comp. certi then you eligible for Electrical Supervisor.

PWD First class supervisor license is issued by PWD electrical branch. Degree and Diploma holder of Electrical Engg. are eligible to get it.
To get this license contact your nearest Taluka place or District place PWD (Electrical branch) office and follow procedure.
If your Diploma certificate is not in your hand, then you can't fill up the form.
If you have not certificate of Diploma then you can't apply.
