Cut-Off - Mark is the minimum mark/percentage that one requires to enter a course/college/program/job. Any one below this Cut-off value is not eligible to apply that course/job.

Accroding to advertisement ,merit list is made by adding 60% of pg and 40% of ug.
but they provide list ,by adding 60% of ug and 40% of pg.
so merit no is wrong for all candidate, it is create problem.
As of official notification it is necessary (See in Umedvaro mate jaruri suchana-no.7). But try to be present at certificates verification program.

Could you please tell the formula by which you have calculated the average? Because in advertise you have given FIRST CLASS in either in UG or PG. I have both. So, why my name is not there in the short listed candidates? I have 79.88% in UG and 65.45% in PG.
